The Center of it All
Developed by Crescent Heights and envisioned by world-renowned architect Rafael Viñoly, Casa Forma is a 55-story residential tower rising above Miami’s highly anticipated Signature Bridge as well as the adjacent 33-acre Maurice A. Ferré park.
Neighbored by one of Miami’s most significant cultural anchors – the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, Casa Forma enjoys an inspired and connected location at the heart of the city’s booming Arts & Entertainment District.

Architectural vision
With Casa Forma’s façade, Viñoly creates a distinctive, curved form that departs from perceived boundaries of common architectural expression while respecting and embracing its context within the vibrant Miami environment. A new landmark for the city, Casa Forma serves as a counterbalance to tower developments opposite of the Signature Bridge, forming an indelible gateway to the city’s leading cultural institutions, public green space, and waterfront.
Casa Forma’s shape is extruded from top to bottom with the residential floors delineated by horizontal curved balconies associated with each residence type, exposing three serpentine amenity programs and the residential lobbies at the street level.
Expressed by two levels of offices including the brand-new state-of-the-art home for the Miami Dade County School Board, the tower’s podium features a brise soleil system comprised of horizontal shading fins, as well as eight levels of parking with polished perforated articulated screening, reflecting the street and tree scape.

The tower is envisioned as a free form in contrast to the chiseled volume of the neighboring Arsht Center, recalling two unfurled sails of a ship. The striking curved serpentine “hairpin” shape allows residents to enjoy the best views afforded from the site, including uninterrupted southeast water views over the park, breathtaking southwest sunsets, and vistas of the downtown skyline and Coral Gables beyond.
